About 6 years ago, Lisduggan Farm Foods endeavored to create the perfect beef burger with the perfect low fat content. 100% pure red meat usually produces about 1.7% of natural fat. Many had said that achieving this burger would be impossible, but after all the hours put into development and numerous test batches, we finally produced a burger that has a 2.6% fat content. For you to call a burger low fat, it has to be under 3%, so you would be hard-pressed to find any burger, any place, that has that low content of fat, but also has a certain succulency. We are very proud and excited to be able to bring this to you, as it’s something that the world should know about. We produce all our batches to a maximum of 70 kilos, and about 10 batches a week, consistently. Our target market are usually slimmers, the people who want a healthy and tasty option, but our burgers can be enjoyed by absolutely anyone.
We have also perfected a poultry and pork mix burger that’s ideal for bodybuilders, as well as slimmers. We use the exact same concept in which our beef burgers are made, which results in a product that’s very high in protein, low in fat and carbs, and just explodes with a taste that’s enhanced with natural fruits and spices.
